Policies
Centre Guidelines
- No dogs permitted.
- No stallions.
- Appropriate footwear is required at all times.
- Students must wear a riding hat, that complies with current Australian standards at all times when riding.
Payment Policy
- A deposit of $100 secures your position
- Full payment required 30 days before event.
Transfer Fee
If due to unforeseen circumstances you cannot attend your event, you can transfer to another agreed suitable event, twice only.
Refund Policy
- Refund administration fee 10% of event fee.
- No refund within 30 days of event, unless paying replacement is found.
- Spectator tickets are non-refundable.
- Cancel/transfer form to be completed and submitted.
Approval Policy
Acceptance is subject to application approval, once approved you will receive an invoice via email.
Payments
- Clinic deposits are required and must be processed at the time of submitting your booking form.
- There is a non-refundable $100 deposit to secure my position.
- The deposit transfer reference for my payment needs to be supplied. Reference example: YourSurname_ClinicStartdate
